Marco's Burgers&Fries

Disappointing. Not only they took almost half an hour to bring my order but also my brother ordered right after me and they started serving other people before him just because they were complaining for the waiting time. They served 7 ppl that had order after us before brining my brother’s. We wanted to be nice and wait patiently but I guess they only care for customer service when ppl complain 🙄 bad customer service, disappointing food... but I guess good atmosphere ?

I give it a 4 because the service is good and the timing is ok. But the flavor in the burgers and onion rings is not to its fullest potential. I came here comparing it to ranch house burgers and nop. Ranch house is better. But Marcos is still pretty good.

After today’s experience if I could I would give zero stars. As I write this I’m still sick to my stomach. Went there to have burgers and as we were eating our food a roach was crawling on the yellow booth along the wall. It almost crawled on my girlfriend’s shoulder as she was eating her burger. I went and got the cashier and she tried to kill it but it just hid behind the wooden molding that runs along the floor at the bottom of the wall. Tried to reach the owners to discuss our awful experience, but they haven’t returned my call. I will never go there again.
